I almost said "anti-moderation," except that credit card companies and advertisers have ensured that the internet is actually *quite* heavily monitored and policed — but only for adult content, queer content, and subversive leftist speech. So "villain-moderated" it is

I think it's really interesting that the kids in kids' media still mostly don't have access to ipads/cell phones/computers — technology's changing so fast that including it dates works within just a few years. So there's this constructed era-agnostic alternate "modern day" in almost everything
