Brio and ktisis lights are very similar, so if you prefer ktisis ones, you can definetely try using them. Play with intensity and make sure they cast character shadows!

Brio posable lights, reshade and setting brightness in native gpose menu to low values around 30-40. Increase intensity of the lights from brio ( pose them around the character, rule of 3), and add very small point lights, with falloff power set to high numbers (500-700) very close to the skin!
