Earned my Kendo Uniform!
After having a Teams meeting at work the other day, I saw my face and realized how bad I've let myself go. When I was at home looking in the mirror I dismissed the thought but seeing myself with my co-workers disgusted me.
I'm done moping. I'm starting TODAY. I need to get back to where I was.

Ever since my Mom passed away last month, I've completely let myself go. After all the arrangements was said and done, the world kept spinning and I can't stand the silence of being alone.
I want to get back into being happy, going back to the gym and being strong but right now, I want to be weak.
