Congratulations to David Cameron. Treated for prostate cancer and is now cancer free. I was treated for the same problem last year and I am also cancer free. There is a lot of talk today about why there is no screening programme for this in the U.K. Good point. Come on Mr. Streeting. Get it done!

I never watch GBNews, but as I channel hopped to find something else, I just had to stop to watch Mark Francois and Zia Yusuf knocking political spots off each other. Highly entertaining stuff.

Watching the build up to the F.A. Cup final and the traditional hymn is sung. Abide With Me. A beautiful hymn and one which we sang at my father’s funeral. Holding back the emotions. No matter who wins, I hope it is a great game.

My basil plant drops leaves onto my neighbour’s balcony. She sweeps them up and throws them over onto my balcony. I went out today and I left my washing out to dry. It rained unexpectedly so my other neighbour moved it under cover. Some people are just nicer than others!

Sometimes, you just need a bit of support and then, when it comes from places you least expect it, it builds you up. Last night I was struggling with my own thoughts a bit. Tonight I feel altogether better.
