RTX hair is an actually a nice feature from NVIDIA.
As a modder who's worked with hair cards, the amount of verts and faces in just one characters hair these days can be quite a LOT and nightmarish on the engine and system running it due to the amount of tiny bits of 'alpha' cards to trace against.

Custom Mesh Port MOD This involves porting a model you provide into a moddable game title. A moddable game must have an active community and tools available (ex: Wolvenkit, Unreal Engine, etc) It includes: - Compatibility upkeep, I’ll update your mod if a game update breaks it - Free minor adjustments after the commission is complete at no extra charge Cost: $40 CAD upfront deposit to begin And $10 CAD/hour for time spent on the project IK Rigging & Posing (Blender) This is for users who need characters or assets set up for animation or static scenes in Blender - I will create an IK rig (Inverse Kinematics) to allow natural posing of your characters or objects - It is useful if you want a character ready for animation, stylized screenshots Cost: $25 CAD deposit to begin And $10 CAD/hour for complex setups (i.e., projects with more than 4 meshes or advanced rigs) Rendered Scene If you'd want a polished render of a character or scene, simple or detailed - you can commission a render It includes - Full scene setup in Blender with lighting, composition, and background Cost: One-time flat fee of $15 CAD with as many shots you desire.
