Honestly, I'm as confused as you are
Switch 2 update 21.0.0 seems to have broken 1440p 120Hz HDR on my monitor. SF6 with forced HDR automatically drops to 1080p 120Hz, though SF6 supports 1440p 120Hz HDR. Also, at 1080p HDR it says it can only do 120Hz in output info lol. Just letting you know in case you want to look into it.
