Atkins is good like I said, has some mocha / caramel latte /chai tea flavors. Premier is good but more expensive - they have tons of different flavors. Walmart has a generic that’s like premier but only chocolate, caramel and vanilla. Orgain Organic is good - but pricey and only chocolate or vanilla

I can give is to keep in touch with your doc, stay a loud advocate for yourself and go from there. If you can’t stomach it - no pun intended - maybe they can try a different one? Also, protein drinks are a godsend! I use the atkins ones (cheaper than premier) and taste decent. ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve heard a lot of people have issues tolerating it. I didn’t at the start, then they swapped my biologic (or was taking them on the same days) I believe and I started getting sick then. It’s mostly eased - but I keep zofram around. They’ve swapped my biologic again - so fun times.
