Getting the itch to travel, but I'm wondering where to go. Any recommendations for places to visit that are beautiful but also historical? I've been thinking somewhere in Europe but I'm open to new ideas!

Torn between continuing the MSQ in #FFXIV so I can finally start getting into Dawntrail where everyone else is, or completing the side quests first so I have a fuller narrative experience. I've been playing for over a year feeling like I can't play with all the cool kids.

I am constantly amazed at the power of storytelling in modern video games. That a game can maintain multiple interweaving plot threads and (re)weave them into viscerally emotional stories is nothing short of astonishing.

My friends got me to play an online game and join their guild. They went to a different game 3 months ago, but I hope we're still friends IRL. I still play the game they got me into. How long do I wait before finding new friends and a new guild?
I don't want to hurt them, but I hate being alone.
