Isn't their agency contract pretty recent? Sometime during the middle of the last tour, right? They'd never sign with an agency that controlled everything they do, especially since what they do on their own works well enough to draw the attention of an agency.

Yeah they really didn't leave us much to go on. Maybe it was like ripping a bandaid off for them. They had to get it done, then take a break to reset before diving in to work again.

I just think they're taking their time because they've said what they were working on is huge, and apparently very challenging. With this time of year being typically busy for everyone, and them having just finished a world tour AND extra appearances and filming, they might just be taking a vacation

On the surface, states deciding on their own for some things makes sense, in a country as big as the US, when you consider how different each region is in climate, geology, etc. If it's done well, it's fine. Each state has its unique conditions. The problem is how difficult it is to do well.

They've already dealt with the terrible bosses, the greedy politicians, the exploitive CEOs that made their lives worse. They've heard all the excuses why some incompetent shithead is somehow "better" than them, but it doesn't make sense. Being FORCED to hire someone does.

To them, it's impossible to succeed actually just because you were qualified for the job, because too many underqualified people had that job before, and they got it through money and connections.

So how could anyone who DIDN'T bribe or network their way in be successful? They were forced in by "policy", because no one rewards merit. Clearly they didn't earn it either, but that's a policy they can attack.
