Yeah, jammed into her frame or similar is probably the way I'll go. It does double duty and doesn't interrupt the English reading flow. ty

It's a translation error in my head. I know it, but I don't want to let go of this phrase.

I start each of mine on a dropship in medas res. There's plenty going on and you can introduce elements and characters as they are used or use them.

Tori's Yes Anastasia was my "Do it you coward" song. Ignore that she wrote it with little knowledge of Ms. Romanov while ill from food poisoning. Those lyrics easily spoke to a poly and genderqueer mutt but, specifically, "We'll see how brave you are" kept me on target more times than I can say.
