I see it all the time. It's almost like SWERFs and TERFs think that modern feminism is only for well-to-do, white women and everybody else can go to hell. What they don't realize is that they're throwing themselves under the same bus when they tear down other women.
This is my number one complaint about modern feminism. If you are talking about burning the patriarchy down, you pass that torch to as many others as possible. Using other women you see as "less than" for kindling is not destroying the patriarchy, it's enabling it.
Oh, I believe it is a serious question. It's a damn good one, too.
Citizens can pursue action, absolutely. But right now, it's gonna be damn hard to do it in a judicial system that simply ignores the rule of law and court rulings. How would judgement be enforced?
And another important thing to remember in all of this is that our current administration has a tendency to simply ignore court decisions that question their policies. If they are simply ignoring rule of law to begin with, what good will it do to sue them?
The thing is, you can't sue simply because the policy is garbage. You have to be able to show and demonstrate the harm and damage those policies have caused to people that have done nothing wrong.
I'm not a lawyer, either but a paralegal... Are you saying that the citizens of the US should file a class action lawsuit against the federal government? You may be able to do so, but there are some strict procedural rules and requirements.
No wonder traffic out by BAM was bad yesterday!! I had no idea y'all were filming there this week, but when people needed PE the most, they returned. I'm gonna have PE playing when I pick up the neighbor's kids from school later, their parents approve!
It genuinely is! Social media platforms can be really fickle, reddit is no exception, but there are some subreddits that are very helpful and positive places.
It was, and kept my younger siblings sane for those first couple of years. That subreddit is a godsend for so many people, though. It's definitely worth checking out.
When my stepdad passed, camera phones were still pretty new. He was buried with his, though and my mom left the account on so my sister could still send him stuff. There is also the subreddit r/momforaminute.
if that were me, I would either tell them to gargle with razorblades or let them know I was only able to come on as a consultant for a minimum 10k retention fee. I would never trust them to not do it again.
Yeah. Especially since he called Trump all like "Your motorcade has me blocked in" It was 100% deliberate. He handled it like a boss, though. I think he stopped for a selfie with a French Tourist at one point.
After you do that, check any third party ads to make sure they aren't linking to anything "off" and then you would go to your google search console. when you find "Security issues", select the "Request a review" option and explain to them what you did to secure your site. They usually remove it.
Yes!!! Make sure all of the plugins and widgets are updated. You also may want to run a server-side malware scanner to see if there is any bad code that needs to be updated. Once you get all of the stuff updated, scan it again to make sure it's secure
He is at his worst for UN General Assembly meetings. He dissed the crap out of Macron by blocking his car heading to the meetings with his presidential motorcade. Was totally deliberate, too cause Macron even called him.
Kimmel should have his manager/agent on the phone with RAI in Italy. He is an Italian Citizen and doesn't need special permits to work. Get a few Italian comics in to translate/teach him the language. It could work.
