In the meantime i figured out what the problem with the Software (OpenSSL issue with Unreal) was originally and fixed it. The bug is still out there because neither Sony or Oculus cares to fix it.

To follow up on this. They failed to restore my game after two weeks and refunded me the game finally. I am always amazed how such large organizations fail to manage their own infrastructure and software.
