I’ll go with that version, it’s not very wise to be penny‑wise and pound‑foolish and risk getting lost.

At least I have it downloaded.Think I have to get more familiar with using it.
Going to Japan in March, Austria in Aug and Iceland in Sept.Will be doing lots of hiking and there will be good opportunities for me to get to know the app.
Not just rely on paper maps and Google.

I’ve started reading and gathering information, and I’m realising that there’s so much to discover outside the NPs as well. I’m guessing that insights like the ones you’ve shared aren’t easy to find in guidebooks, they often rely on personal sharing, like on SM to uncover.
