I make a menu and write down how long item each needs to cook. I beat my ADHD forgetfulness by setting up alerts for when each needs to start. Do I have that many burners/that much room in the oven? What can be made ahead and heated right before?

New England hiker and former Girl Scout leader here. The best thing scouts taught me was no cotton touching the skin (it takes forever to dry), and to not just wear layers but take them off and put them back on as needed so you don't sweat. Used to overdress in the cool and then overheat.

I read this sitting in the car, in the garage, with the door open and no will to get out.

I often wonder if people say nonsense like "remember this thing that is still completely widely available, but I will pretend it is gone" solely for the clicks.
