I feel bad because I have played virtually every souls game, but have never finished one. I always hit a wall and, given the fact that I usually have several games going at once, they often just get forgotten about. Despite this I love the art design and, at least in theory, the gameplay.

Oh yeah, I'm aware that there are ways to see the enemy's HP, I just don't understand the benefit of having it hidden from the player. It's not like the enemy characters are unaware of yours.

What I will never understand is why, in most JRPGs, enemies do not have health indicators. Fixing this, as well as the crazy big numbers, would make action in battle feel so much more impactful.

Their spreadsheets definitely include a learning curve. I mostly use it for creative writing and putting together assignment sheets for my employees. Nothing too strenuous.
