The Wii's system clock only goes up to December 31st, 2035.
I wouldn't worry too much, knowing the Wii modding community they'll make a fix for this the milisecond 2035 hits.

Wii Sports Club doesn't have the little blue banner thingy at the top of it's spine. As far as I know this is the only wii u game to be wretched like this

The Wii has full DVD playback, but it was disabled probably because Nintendo didn't want to pay licensing fees for every Wii sold. It can be restored by modding in earlier Wiis.
The disc channel also has an unused DVD icon!

Stage Debut was a cancelled Gamecube game which was planned to use the (also cancelled) GBA Game Eye camera to put real people in the game to just... interact. It also featured Mario, Pikmin, and Animal Crossing characters.

Mizzo is a an enemy from Brawl's Subspace Emissary who only appears once as a display in the Halberd stage and as a trophy.
They were going to be a full-fledged enemy but were cut for some reason.

Toon Link's Outset Island outfit trophy in Smash Brawl says he has a shrimp pattern on his shirt, when it's actually a lobster. This was fixed in the PAL version.

First print PAL copies of Mario Galaxy 2 came with a 24 minute long dvd explaining how to play the game.

The Wii's famous health and safety screen is extremely similar to the one from Metroid Prime 2.
also the Wii screen is just a clever way to get you to press A so the wiimote connects without outright telling you to press A to connect, cuz that'd confuse old people i guess
