Like police procedurals on cable TV or reality shows that have no online fanbase and zero cultural impact but still somehow make a surprising amount of money

I think most people are fairly creative and have at least a reasonable amount of personal drive but there's a small chunk of people who just.. don't at all?? And I think it's this specific kind of person that contributes to chunks of the economy that I barely even think about

If you're that unwilling to pay attention to your life and surroundings I have no way to describe you other than being on autopilot mode. And I think there's like maybe 15% of the population who are this way

When I worked at a movie theater I remember people buying a ticket and either not knowing what the title is ("uhh I want a ticket for the superhero movie") or unable to pronounce the name of the film "Hereditary"

I am a little fascinated by people who have no drive for creation because I am so curious what keeps them fulfilled otherwise

I actually view being an artist as kind of a curse in a way, because once you get the taste for creation and you start to enjoy it you physically can't stop. I'm now convinced that if I were to stop creating I would cease to exist
