They may need help, economical, food and water, medicine, but I don't see any of that coming from neither the USA nor Israel for that matter. What they don't need is political interference in their own political processes, which is what is likely to come from there. Maybe some more bombs?

The Iranain people needs to decide for themselves what type of government they want. Democracy can not be imposed on anyone. That's an oxymoron in concept. The 'help' they'll be getting from USA is likely to be more exploitation, despite any good intentions the American people belive they may have.

Actually, an external enemy like Israel is more likely to summon the people around it's leadership, than causing a rebellion. And thhat is exactly what happened. So no, Israel could never topple the Iranian regime by bombing them.
