Today is going to be a busy day. But I’ll be treating myself later by trying out my friend’s Apple Fudge Dessert recipe. Will need to research some more apple recipes too..we have lots.

Slightly grey, damp start to the day. Think I’m going to treat us to some South African food today and make a nice Bobotie.

Found this beauty in the garden. Have been taking the lawnmower round it when I cut the grass and it has grown beautifully.
