Finally got some of the models I spent the last year-ish building all the way through the airbrush sequence. Even getting the blue shoulderpads done right away makes a huge difference.

You're playing an idle game on your phone. I am playing three idle games concurrently plus Yakuza while building Warhammer models during cutscenes. We are not the same

It is hard to emphasize how stupid the idea of LA being "taken over" actually is

Scale comparison: the approximate size of the protest area versus the size of the interior of Dodger Stadium to the north. The whole thing is about the size of the stadium's parking lot. It's smaller than LAX *runway*. The county of LA is over 4700 sqm

I am, regrettably, available to make your game better as a designer. Looking for senior, principal, or lead roles on games that want to leverage my leadership, systems, progression, technical, live service (and more) background. Unfortunately, relocation from Orange County is not an option.

We visited NYC over the weekend. Taking your 8 year old to the Statue of Liberty and the Ellis Island immigration museum then to Wicked is a really, really great way to shake some hard conversations loose about control, power, equity, tolerance, and history being written by the victors.

my kids: dad check out my score on Wario Ware on the switch that I got by using the rewind feature
me to my kids: your Wario Ware scores are weak
my kids: oh yeah?
me: yes children, I have the receipts. you'll need to beat a 64 on Dribble's game before you can talk

I was far more excited than I should have been to discover this resurrected zombie brand at costco over the weekend

We interrupt your live updates of America's attempted slide into fascism to bring you a report from the tabletop. This was one of those games where your opponent was apologizing to you for his good dice rolls and lamenting how bad yours were.

dear reader if you are like "wow that guy with the banner looks impossible to transport" you're correct which is why I used the power of magnetism to make it at least a little easier, which has the upside of also making the pole snapping less likely

I regret to inform you I am back on my bullshit (assembling warhammer miniatures and not painting the enormous pile that I already have assembled)
