We know Lowb had the issue of maturing too fast, which Zarroë made a quick fix for, so... What was wrong with Bogle, that made Zeffree abandon the design in favor of Tweedle? How did Zarroë fix it?

I've always wondered, the Wubbox has made-A LOT of Wublins, but... Did they ever make any prototypes? Old models that were ultimately cut due to design flaws or logistical challenges, never to see the light of day?
