AMD is pickier than Intel when it comes to memory compatibility and DDR5 is especially finicky and prone to problems. Even if you stick to the QVL, run a full memory test after assembling the system, then test again periodically for several months as some bad RAM takes a little time to fail.

RAM with an Intel XMP profile (like Ripjaws) is tested and guaranteed on Intel systems. RAM with an AMD EXPO profile is tested and guaranteed on AMD systems. They're often cross compatible, but sometimes you have to lower the speed or loosen the timings to make one run reliably on the other.

I'm just going off the support page for the ProArt X670E-CREATOR WIFI. The only G.Skill 48GB sticks listed are some Trident Z5 models, no Ripjaws, but the QVL chart may be out of date. There's also a brand new bios update that improves memory compatibility.

Looks like the DRAM led is lit. Pull the sticks and test them one at a time. If that doesn't help, clear your CMOS. Also, those Ripjaws aren't on the compatibility list for your ProArt board, so you may need to run them at a lower speed than they're rated for. And use HCI Memtest to check stability.
