You might have to check X for that stuff. Quite a few… one recently on David Berger’s timeline…

The pro-infection advocates have now reached the stage that they are denying saying that kids can be used to boost adult immunity… by infecting them and spreading it into households… schools.

Too late now. It’s on the record.

The shame of it.

Australian COVID-19 weekly stats update:

The risk estimate fell slightly to 0.2% “Currently Infectious”, or 1-in-659.

That implies a 4% chance that someone is infectious in a group of 30.

Yeah. I was the union rep in 2020… and it was very tough going.

And this is why using all the strategies, such as cleaner air and promoting respie use is important.

The cost of not doing this is vast on the individual.

I’m very limited in what I can say about vaccines, but as this story was shared outside of a medical consult to a large group of people I will say this. Anti-vax or neglecting that task was not the issue.
njbbari3.bsky.social
Yep. Lot of division in the medical world too… and when the so called experts are divided… the kids and teachers were conquered… by a virus.

Thanks for sharing.

My understanding is that an unpopular government was looking for enemies and was trying to pick a fight with the teachers' unions.

The unions realised they couldn't win, and didn't have the support of their own members for greater COVID safety in schools.

Possibly hatred and power…

Or ignorance, hatred and power.

Ignorance and power.

I don’t think I have ever seen anything more scary… and I did EM for 20 years.

And it was unnecessary. Many countries showed that it was possible to control C19 and many did it with far fewer resources….

It still is.
In 2020 l was in an online union meetimg.
I'm going to paraphrase what we were told.
"Every single student. Every single teacher. Every single member of their families will be infected. There are no protections, and no exceptions." Twitter post.

Took my teenage son to the doctor today.

I'm dressed like this. He's tall & looks strong. Black mask.

"Are you positive?" No.
"Do you have symptoms?" No.
"Are you sure?" Yes.

Plenty of symptoms in your waiting room, Doctor.

All of these mutations were virtually absent prior to BA.2.86 (without ∆S31). The only very partial exception was in the Delta era, when there was a very small but very distinct increase in these mutation. I think this makes sense...

I was so focused on my spices being mixed up… I forgot the salt.

No wonder the onions didn’t shrink.
njbbari3.bsky.social
Yes and no. It made me sad… but now I have permission to forget…

So relief I guess.
njbbari3.bsky.social
Nope… let me know how wrong I was…🤣

Southern fried chapli?
njbbari3.bsky.social
No… the labels are there… but I have a terrible memory. Once I made a curry with no ginger and garlic… etc. so I organised the spices into boxes by recipe so I don’t forget one…

Now my Southern “fried” (baked) recipe stash is mixed up with red hot chaplis (like a burger, but on fire) bundle…
