New at CES: Razer is putting AI in a bottle. The company plans to release Project Ava — a holographic AI avatar that sits on your desk — this year. The customizable hologram is meant to be a friendly face for chatbots and ran Grok in our demo. It uses the on-device camera to maintain eye contact. In a world where people are already forming emotional bonds with AI platforms, I do wonder where this gets us.

In 2025, I took 1,021 images. Out of curiosity, I summed the total shutter time to see how many seconds of reality I captured. 27.5 seconds.

I’m a pretty clumsy person, which means I drop things fairly often. Ironically, this gives me lots of practice catching falling objects
So now, fairly often, I drop something and then catch it before it hits the ground. Which makes me look like some kind of ninja

Just heard an ad for T-Mobile that said you could switch to T-Mobile on your phone in just 15 minutes, and I guess with eSIMs you really can just do that. At home. That’s wild to me
