NJHMFA Managing Architect Roger Grutzmacher joined the groundbreaking for Glendenning Homes Phase I, redeveloping 58 outdated public housing units into 58 modern townhomes. The project is backed by $10.7M in LIHTC + $8.7M from the Urban Preservation Program.
