He's been misprofiled because of his name. He's closer to Ramsey with more tech or Bernardo Silva than Ozil or KDB

Surely electorally speaking no one is good for labour currently. Who has the most coherent programme for government. Not saying she does but none of labours options are good electoral bets atm.

See in my view they are a cup team in a year where the quality of other big PL teams is low. They can shut out any team in the world but also draw too many blanks, they're just not playing the price in the league because no one else is good
February 4, 2026 at 4:40 PM
It's funny because I'm very sceptical of how good this Arsenal team is in historical terms but I'm not sure who beats them in any of the competitions.

Can't even cling onto saving the party from Corbynism as his legacy if they get wiped out in Wales under his watch
February 4, 2026 at 4:32 PM
This is what happens when you judge people solely off how did they conduct themselves during Corbyns leadership and ignore everything else
February 4, 2026 at 3:31 PM
Fair play, a lot in your profession (and political persuasion) failed to spot the blindingly obvious issues this would cause that lefty shit posters could see coming a mile off.
February 4, 2026 at 3:30 PM
That's what I was thinking. "People annoyed at by election conduct" welcome to the big boys greens.
February 4, 2026 at 2:47 PM
It's funny how for years the only people raising this issue were angry online lefties, no one else cared, even when Starmer appointed him, the comments were filled with photos of them together and no journalist raised this has clearly a stupid move. Starmer and his team deserve this for their hubris

I find it mad how players like him don't go abroad. Look at Sancho, Simons or nkunku looking like world bearers in Germany. Mctominy went from squad player in a poor united team to god in Italy.
February 4, 2026 at 4:48 AM
Been saying it a lot that I find us unconvincing but I'm convinced we win it. City are shite. They have a few elite attacker's but the rest of the squad is a mess.

At least Polanski has a point. What is the point of the lib Dems currently. They have 70 odd MPs and they have absolutely no impact on national conversation. They can whine about media preferring Farage but Polanski has shown you can make the weather a bit
February 3, 2026 at 12:15 PM
Yea I dont get the rush though. They're not getting relegated. They're getting a new manager in the summer, they can probably get 80m for Wharton in the summer. Surely just hold fire and put a plan together
February 2, 2026 at 10:22 PM
Feels like they've got their approach mixed up instead of going for high upside players from the championship, they've went for high downside players destined for the championship
February 2, 2026 at 8:19 PM
Streets won't forget player apparently. He's one of the best itw
February 1, 2026 at 5:33 PM
100%. You can spot the pivot a mile off.
February 1, 2026 at 2:26 AM
Graham Linehan probably the clearest example of this. Started off "pro womens right" and in the past months he's been celebrating a women being murdered in cold blood by maga goons.
January 31, 2026 at 6:22 PM
Both marginally better than their previous very poor performances for a title challenging team imo
January 31, 2026 at 6:14 PM
Every time I see one of these types of charts Balogun is on it but his profile is very low. Could be a good option for a mid table club, even Chelsea or Villa
January 31, 2026 at 12:06 PM
He's low-key been one of the best midfielders in the league this season right?
January 31, 2026 at 9:22 AM
They aren't in labour clearly.
January 29, 2026 at 9:22 PM
No you're relentlessly partisan and that means you'll ignore multiple failings of labour leaders which are worse and have much worse real world consequences to people's lives. You just have a focus on Polanski because he's done a good job of focusing on labours racism and by extension your own
January 29, 2026 at 9:21 PM
Do you think this is worse than going on live TV and endorsing war crimes?
January 29, 2026 at 9:17 PM
The obvious response to this is that Starmer is soft Trump and in turn soft on Putin. Which is a much more direct method of being soft of Putin. With the drugs policy, it's not that off putting to the public, especially not labour/green swing voters. They can defend that easily enough
January 29, 2026 at 3:01 PM
A large part is that interviewers are aware politicians are unpopular and see it as their duty to do a punishment beating, which is probably good for social media virality but dreadful for making people thinking about policy detail
