Okay. Just figured out that if someone follows you, you can go to their page and block them. The only problem is you may have to do this 20 times a day.

Yes.
I'm not sure I like the lack of privacy. Apparently anyone can follow you and there's nothing you can do about it. I have two strangers following me already. I know there's a learning curve, but it doesn't seem too user friendly as far as settings go.
What do you think?
