Do most Americans understand that a tarriff is like a federal sales tax paid by Americans on imported (that means most things you buy) goods? It will take a long time to establish production of those goods here, and they will be expensive. Tariffs are not a windfall for consumers (you).

The saddest week was Wednesday to Wednesday. My faithful sweetheart of 27 years died, my ballad singing/trumpet playing music partner died four days later, then today my singer/songwriting constant friend got diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer. If you know me, get your affairs in order.
