This demand by the Extortion President is horrible. UCLA is a public university. As an alum, I am guessing that UCLA and the University of California system does not have one billion dollars laying around to pay the convicted felon.

So the University of California has $1 Billion just laying around to pay President Extortion? As a UCLA alum, if this payment is made, it will spoil UCLA's reputation as one of the top public universities in the country.
