Traversing the weird valleys of #emdr in an artist brain, led by a wonderful therapist, I was asked how I saw my #HigherSelf. I did OK using my words, but my hands showed both of us the size and presence of Her as I saw Her.

An oldie but a goodie, born at the beginning of a pandemic. I was channeling what I wanted to do most, at a time when we were locked up and afraid. This is another time in which we feel the same in other ways. I wish I could go feral and free now, too.
