Interesting seeing this old photo. I spent a lot of time in El Segundo. Wouldn’t picture it on a postcard though. Used to live in Redondo Beach & worked for Hughes Aircraft.

I think wild rice goes with anything that you make with white or brown rice, especially poultry but also pork and lamb. For something a little different, try acorn squash stuffed & baked with a wild rice medley.
