True, but they had a 12-hour session for two tattoos. They could've at least gone through with one, then scheduled another appointment in the future for the second. Or if they talked with soren at all before canceling, it'd probably be avoided.

You had 12 hours free from 11 to 11 at least. How would a mere two hour appointment movement from 11-1 not work? If you accepted the time change you'd be getting tattooed rn instead of arguing your life away on the internet. Like he states in the tos, the deposit is non-refundable.
