Our Solidarity is still total, but I wish shit were a bit less apocalyptical. he/him
AOC supporting that window of opportunity, while not meaningfully pissing off “leadership” or even really rank and final moderate Dems is truly one of the most impressive things she’s done.

Which is one of the reasons she has allies that don’t agree with her on policy issues.

I will forever be seeking the beauty of the Reuben made at a convenience store in a strip mall between a CVS and Domino’s next to a Beltway exit in Silver Spring, MD.

Also it’s totally fine if people don’t know the origins! But the correct response is, “fuck, I didn’t realize it was a slur, created by a grand wizard of the KKK!” Not, “It’s just short for zionists, what’s the big deal?”

The Commissioner of Major League Baseball calling MLB an industry and content is so - it just makes me angry. Selig fucking sucked, but at least he actually liked baseball.

Maybe 1.5? The linemen also kinda helped

And Biden deciding to run for reelection, eliminating the possibility of a real primary. Although this one I think is related to Dems Israel policies.

We’ve had that food processor for 17 years, it’s a great food processor, but not using it has many benefits.

For a long time the answer to this question was paella, until I made it a couple of months ago, with the intention of making it again with what was left of the rice. I have yet to make it again.

Instead they treat them like the cities of the sports teams.

And the reason for the typo makes the order more interesting. It was likely pre-dated with a blank (or 2nd) for the date and the judge decided to sign and file it today.

This, I had a legitimate fear Republicans would refuse to split the funding bills and Dems would end up getting better results from DHS, but far worse ones from every other department.

I think Steiner will definitely try to fuck with shit, but I think a better indicator of how this will work in practice is how the clerk and mail handler unions react. Maybe I’m utterly wrong and this is a much bigger deal than how I’m reading the rule.

I don’t trust any of those people, but getting a manual postmark when it’s required to vote or do your taxes seems like a good idea? I used to ride with my parents as they drove to the USPS processing center in the mid-80s to make sure they made the cut off on their taxes.
December 30, 2025 at 12:05 AM
You’re overthinking this. If you hand a ballot or letter to a clerk you can get a same day postmark. If you drop it off in a box you might not. That’s always been true. Will USPS and Steiner potentially try to fuck with mail in voting? Maybe, but this specific fed register rule isn’t that.
