#Canucks Pettersson/Kane/Lekkerimäki line had a solid period.

Quinn Hughes led NHL with 27:49 of ice time per game in November across 12 contests.

That's nearly a full minute more than the second-place Zach Werenski (26:54).

The #Canucks captain has a massive workload this year, plus the condensed schedule and Olympics.

Tom Willander is tied for fourth in points/game among rookie defencemen (min 10 gp).

Keeping some pretty nice company in this category.

Video of SOME of the comments from #Canucks head coach Adam Foote. Watch the full thing on Canucks Twitter for everything he said today.

I just had to clip this part. Those guys in Russian basements, smoking cigarettes, eating walnuts and talking about scoring chances....

The #Canucks might be forced to trade Quinn Hughes. If it gets to that point, what does the deal look like?

Is he only going to the Devils? Could a reunion with Tocchet in Philadelphia make sense?

I came up with four hypothetical Hughes trades.

Filip Hronek's strong play is flying under the radar this season.

#Canucks have outscored opponents 19-10 during his 5-on-5 minutes this year.

Hronek has also played at least 80 5vs5 mins with three different Nucks defencemen as the team has struggled with injuries.

Team Canada has some difficult decisions to make before the Olympics.

Do they take all three of Bedard, Celebrini, and Schafer?

Do you bring the struggling Sam Bennett?

Who plays with McDavid?

I answered all those questions and more. Click the link in the reply below to read it.

NHL defencemen point leaders in November:

Quinn Hughes is second but leads the pack in points per game.

Hughes is also second among all NHL players in TOI/game so far this month at 27:02.

The heat is turning up on Patrik Allvin and Jim Rutherford.

So I decided to look back on all 33 trades they've made while in charge and grade them.

Which did they get right? Which did they get wrong?

Jim Rutherford says it would take something "extreme" for #Canucks to trade Willander, DPetey, Cootes, or Lekkerimäki.

Also says if they were to trade one of those players, they'd want someone under 25 in return.

Demko is expected to miss 2-3 weeks per @frank_seravalli.

The #Canucks play six games in the next 14 days, with five of them against top-tier teams. This includes a B2B against the Florida teams.

Going to be tough going for Lankinen.

Here is a replay of the sequence where Quinn Hughes got hurt.

Hughes is assessed a penalty on the play but does not serve it as he went straight to the dressing room.

Quinn Hughes is shaken up after getting tangled with a Jets player.

This would be a disaster for the #Canucks. He's being looked at by a trainer.

EP40's wife, Katelyn Byrd, is launching a Swedish candy brand named Swete.

She's selling bags at Rogers Arena for tonight's #Canucks game and is almost sold out per her Instagram.

Thatcher Demko shown stretching out on the broadcast in between whistles.

Tonight is his first game back after not dressing in the back-to-back over the weekend.

Can Canada really afford to leave its best goalie at home for the #Olympics?

Binnington was pulled tonight while Thompson has been perfect.

Will Canada risk leaving Thompson at home for reasons that seemingly have nothing to do with hockey?

Logan Thompson finished fourth in Vezina voting last season. He's playing even better to start this year.

Despite that, he doesn't seem to be on Team Canada's radar. And the reason apparently doesn't have to do with his play.

More on Thompson and the Olympics below 👇

Having some fun playing around with the Rono Analyst graphs.

These are all the #Canucks forwards plotted with GF/60 and xGF/60.

Can anyone guess who is way off to the right?

33 seconds in and Brock Boeser is being helped to the bench.

Are the #Canucks cursed?

Preface: I'm not trying to blame this all on Reichel. He's in a difficult spot and is rocking the lowest PDO on the team, including a 79.17% on-ice SV%

The #Canucks are bleeding goals against during his minutes. It could flip soon for reasons above but it's something to follow.

Lukas Reichel was simply too good for German Youth hockey. This was at 15 years old.
