Exactly. Awhile back my PT wanted an MRI of my skull & cervical spine due to my chronic headaches. Cleared with my PC. Scheduled 3 times; each time, on arrival, insurance, approved the skull but not the spine. New year; new deductible; finally approved. Turns out, I had a chip fracture in my neck.

And another thing, one doesn’t have to be a citizen to be afforded the rights of the Constitution. George W. created the prison at Guantanamo to circumvent that very problem.

I am finding it very difficult to navigate our current landscape. Every time a light appears at the end of the tunnel, it turns into an oncoming train. Very angry about the dems caving.

Conservative Judge, Michael Luttig, and others (more knowledgeable than me), wrote compelling explanations of why the 14th A., art. 3, is self implementing.
Funny how Chicago, Portland & L.A. etc., are characterized as dystopian “hellscapes” while actual riots, 1-6-21, were dismissed.

Precisely. The oath has devolved into a quaint formality instead of a primary responsibility to be taken with profound sincerity. If Congress had honored their oaths they could not have certified his election. According to the 14th Amendment article 3, Trump is ineligible to serve.

Doesn’t sound right, to me. I thought I had a plant identifier in my phone; apparently not. I also have a Audubon field guide of wildflowers, but, it is currently in a different location.

I can’t remember the Latin name; my friend’s late husband always referred to them by their Latin name, but, he has been gone for years & I am too lazy to look it up!
