Like, don't take this account as anything other than "protecting our (no) brand name on a new platform."

And as an excuse for @traegorn.bsky.social to maybe go through the old photo libraries and occasionally post some stuff here for nostalgia's sake.

Twenty-one is a fun number, y'know?

Sometimes it's just nice to talk with friends at 8pm on a Thursday night.

Have you ever seen a fiercer warrior? #2002

What if we kissed in the Marshfield Hospital that stands where the Eau Claire Plaza Hotel used to be?

We can always say No Brand Con 2002 had cosplayers in attendance.

All two of them.

We stopped giving them out around 2012-2013 I think. But we would have accepted them all the way through 2023.

And still will if we ever bring the con back.

I sometimes wonder if anyone still has these in the back of a drawer or closet somewhere.

We honestly only stopped because people kept holding onto them and not spending them... which meant we had to keep printing more of them.

And there was always a chance the old ones could come back (since they didn't expire) -- so it became a bad budget item.

Back in the day, we used to give out "No Brand Bucks" as prizes for events that could be used in our vendor room or towards future registration (if spent with a vendor we would reimburse the vendor with cash).

In 2002 this was the biggest anime con in the state of Wisconsin.

Because it was the only one.

It's not that we're back so much as we're haunting you.

And if we ever *do* come back, we don't want to announce it on Twitter.
