I’m with you on this one, would just be an easy tool to exploit. How about as a nation we vote for the candidate that isn’t a lying grifting, convicted felon with zero integrity

I remember friends during the bubble flipping there homes taking the equity buying a larger home and a G Wagon, Jaguar etc. when the bubble burst they lost everything including their credit scores. I never went upside down on my home. I knew it was fools gold
