Take that energy and put it into joining your local mutual aid org, DSA or PSL chapter, or any other leftist cause. It's important to know what's going on, but you should curate your sources to cut out the noise, and then get outside and do some work in your community.

Find your nearest mutual aid org and get involved in that to start making a difference right away, plus it'll help you make connections to other forms of direct action going on.
