Today for me feels a lot like when my exhusband/violent abuser abused me and I went thru pain experiencing that and then there was the aftermath where people vilified me for being honest about the harm he caused and hateful things he said

George Floyd was a father, too. Charlie Kirk called him scum.

I’ve unfriended about 10 people today for them being critical for those of us not feeling empathy for someone who wanted us dead, and been told I’m evil for sharing Kirk’s own quotes.

Anyways .. my partner and I are the Iniko concert. I hope yall do something nice and fun for yourselves tonight 🤗

Anyone who has trans or nonbinary kids who voted MAGA should feel deep shame. You brought kids into this world and chose a government that is making them terrified for their lives

As someone whose family got mad and cut them off after I called the Gothard cult I grew up in a “cult”, it’s so validating any time I see films, books, influencers also call it a cult. People who support cults won’t be the ones naming them as cults. Just remember that.
The thing this bill reveals to me is how anyone is capable of being in a cult.

Sure, you watched a couple documentaries and think you’d avoid the Bill Gothards of the world, meanwhile they’ve had you out here for years thinking that cutting social services is good for people.

Sen. Parent now questions the change from "gender" to "sex" as it applies to foster parents. She asks if this would facilitate discrimination against trans people as foster parents.

"That's not the intent, that's not how we interpret the law," Bonner says

"But that's what it says," Parent follows.

Sen. Elena Parent now asks about the sex redefinition piece: "Are you aware that that's not medically accurate? That you can't always verify someone's sex by observation at or before birth?"

Rep. Bonner seems confused and asks for an example.

Sen. Parent follows up by explaining intersex people.
