I'm still not very hopeful given the double standard they seem to hold for certain countries (allowing Israel to participate this past Olympics, violating their own peace rules) but I would definitely like to see some backbone from them! It would be a pleasant surprise.

could be a good move. but the Olympics didn't pull out of Berlin in 1936 despite the controversy related to the Nazi regime, so don't hold your breath.
