As someone who transitioned from being an RN on a stepdown unit to ICU in April of 2020, I COULD NOT agree with you more. 😞

I wondered if the dems recognized this. If that’s why the transition of power went so uncontested. That until his people realize how little he cares about them—that his choices will affect them personally—there would be no other way to get through. Idk. I wish we knew how to make meaningful changes.
