I thought rest was meant to make you better not worse? its almost 3am and i cant sleep, i feel like i'm constantly about to drown on my own fluids and have the lung capacity of a mug. and my headache decided to comeback.

I'd say the past couple of months have been the hardest I've dealt with in ages. but If I knew a month ago what I know now, I'd probably of survived better. But the relief when my first full pay slip came in and it was literally double last months. I might actually be able to do good things again.

I really enjoy my job, don't get me wrong. But I am REALLY starting to miss the free time and chill on the circuit of streams I frequented. :(

So good news - I got some days off. The bad news - doctor enforced days off with strong antibiotics for infection in my leg. plenty of forced and self enforced bed rest.

I do not know how I am pulling of 5m to 11pm everyday on essentially no food (least no warm food) and still going. I don't know what day it is today i just know saturday is a easy shift and sunday is my first actual day off since I started this job.

The one thing that sucks about living alone, is those moments you just get home and want to come in and have a silent comfort hug no questions asked. But can't.

So I get back from work to see the good news about Gaza. But then spot this hilarious thing where Trump, who has made ICE deport hundreds to thousands of hispanic people, has the GALL to declare Columbus the first American hero. You know the same one who brought the SPANISH! I am dumbfounded.

Just saw a quote from Starmer for students not to do "un-British" protests. What exactly is 'un-british'? It's bad enough you have these MAGA cells here spray painting everything. Unity with our fellow man, especially the downtrodden is British.

So after catching up on Alien Earth. this new creature is the best thing out of it. I want more and so glad I paused to read the file on screen when it showed up. I don't know if a xenomorph has an 'eye'. But when these two fuse together, it's got to be one of the most dangerous things in sci-fi:
