The Left Accountability Bloc works to challenge wealth hoarding, elite capture, and unaccountable power within leftist organizations in order to restore democratic, working-class control of the movement.
Defenders argue that large budgets and high salaries are unavoidable in a complex modern world. But that explanation rings hollow when these same organizations insist that alternative economic models are not only possible, but morally superior.
