I'm also teaching "A streetcar named Desire" and another book about a man dying slowly of lung cancer. From a self-centred angle, I do feel myself truly triggered by bouncing between these texts. The weight of human emotion and suffering is personally exhausting.

I'm also in HK but I'm a vegetarian. It's quite common to enter a restaurant and read an entire menu before realizing there's literally no viable choice. Even the veggie stuff is fried in pork fat sometimes.

If I could get Matt to voice all characters, hum the background music and sound effects, I would.
