Had a sleep paralysis nightmare with hallucinations and I was aware. I tried yelling out for my husband, as I thought he was home(he wasn’t). Then my little cat came up to me and put her paws on my face, which snapped me out of it. I’m so thankful for my little bean.

Visited Caesar’s Head State Park in South Carolina again, I love it here. The mountain loral always feels like home.
