These past two weeks have been the longest year of my life

But really, how are we supposed to balance staying informed and educated but mentally well at the same time?

I knew all this was going to happen. But nothing can really prepare you for what it feels like when the moment actually arrives. This is why we need each other and our communities. I plan to turn to them a lot in the coming years.

Yesterday feels like a bad dream. Wish that were actually the case
