If you haven’t played Date Everything! it’s now 35% Off on Steam. The base game is alright to buy, but I can’t recommend the DLC enough. The DLC comes with 2 extra characters that are fantastic additions to the game!

Fun stats about my playing of Date Everything! this year

100+ hrs of playtime (plus another 50 in the demo)
3 full playthroughs (3rd playthrough was the Mate Everything Run)
32/42 achievements completed
361/404 collectables found

DE! defined a bigger than expected chunk of my year. It occupied me while I waded in the swamp of post-grad unemployment and more importantly it lead to me meeting new friends! DE! has meant a lot to me this year, and I know for a fact that I will be coming back to this game for years to come.

Also New Game+ is an absolute lifesaver. It gave my current playthrough a lot more freedom to go where I wanted to without worrying too much about SPECs points.

I have a tendency to die of laughter. Laughter is really fantastic, and Date Everything does not disappoint.

Got my copy of Vol 13 today. I can’t believe that Akane-banashi just continues getting better.

Changing locations from upstairs closet to downstairs basement. Luckily tearing down the closet was something that need to be done.

Some favorite characters (that stuck out) after playing some of the Demo are:

Dasha, Captain Jacques Pierrot, Mitchell Linn, Lyric, as well as Harper and Dirk. And honestly once I get more playing time all of the cast of characters will be my favorite.

Also most of the characters are incredibly relatable. Some of the dialogue options and the reactions to said dialogue option have me sitting there like “Yep I would do this exact thing if somebody said this to me”.

In other words, FOLD.
