It’s been almost 3 weeks since I started the anti migraine meds, and today is only the second migraine I’ve had since starting. Such a difference from having one almost every single day. Clears up so much quicker too - at least, to what’s I’d consider a “normal” headache

It was a real pleasure to join Safer Business Network, MOPAC, and the Met Police on Operation Adder. The operation uses a strong partnership approach to tackle crimes linked to drug misuse, while supporting rehabilitation (not criminalisation) of users. #OpAdder #SBN #London #MOPAC

Went out and about with my camera for the first time in a few months. There was a “family friendly” flag march locally to me, which just so happened to result in me being assaulted and damaging my camera.

I’ve been lucky to volunteer as a photographer for Sutton United #Disability #Football Club over the last couple of years. Last weekend, officers from the #MetPolice Sutton borough came down to play a friendly against us at Cheam Sports Club and it was a pleasure, as always, to #photograph the match
