Please welcome Gerard! He's a long-(suffering)pending WIP. He's got a fully poseable wire frame for endless silliness. My original vibe concept was 'nihilistic clown', and that's held true pretty well so far.
Gerard, a needle-felted anthropomorphic cat, sits cross-legged on my palm. He seems sulky. He's got a white body with triangular black markings over his nose and eye, and vibrant orange eyes. Here's a cute collab project I did with my little brother! He felted a pokéball, and I felted a Charizard to be jumping out of it.
A half-finished needle-felted Charizard. There's patchy orange wool on his limbs, but the white of the core wool shines through at his belly. His wings, facial features, claws and fire are yet to be seen. He lies blind amid the rubble of wool scraps and yarn bits. A fully finished needle-felted Charizard! My phone took oddly saturated photos which overzealously represent his orange as redder and blue and bluer than they really are. This one's a little bittersweet. His name is Secret, and he's based on a Bee Hummingbird. He was a going-away present I made for a close friend. I'm not good at maintaining even the closest relationships once they become long distance, and we haven't talked now in months.
A needle-felted hummingbird posed like it's drinking the nectar of a plumbago auriculata flower cluster. They're small periwinkle-blue flowers that grow on a bush. Buttercookie is her name, chaos is her game. She grew up in Santa's workshop, but caused so much trouble for Santa and the elves that they boxed her in a present and stuffed her in Santa's bag. The troublemaker now lives with my grandma, who knows well how to deal with troublemakers.
