Excellent, thoughtful post. Your observations are always illuminating.The lack of investment in K-12 education for too many years is also a factor. And the disregard for studies that require critical thinking.

Agree but he's pretty skeevy, too. If it were only Trump and a few lesser people, someone probably would've thrown them under a bus by now. I'm thinking there's LOTS of rich/powerful folks in those files who've been paying for years to keep this quiet.

In addition to Trump, I'm guessing they've also redacted info on lots of rich & powerful guys who've been paying off Trump (& maybe others) for years to keep these files under wraps.
